Exchanges & Returns

We want you to LOVE shopping at Pretty James and we want you to LOVE everything you buy from us. But, we get it, sometimes things don't work out. If you need to return or exchange something, we'll work with you to find the piece you can't live without.

Please review your order as soon as you receive it. If something is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours.

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The value of the item (not including shipping) will be refunded to your original form of payment. 

How Do I Start My Return or Exchange

*Fill out the return form included in your order. Include it, along with your invoice and merchandise, and ship it back to us. If you have misplaced your return form, click HERE to grab a new one. 

*Ship us your return or exchange any way you prefer. Return shipping is at your own expense. 

Return Policy

*Returns are accepted within 30 days after you receive the item. 

*Shipping is nonrefundable. 

*Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.

*Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached. They must not have makeup stains, deodorant stains... or any other stains...  or smell of perfume or smoke. Any items deemed unacceptable will be not be accepted and returned at your expense.

*Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.

*Keep track of your return tracking number! We are not responsible for lost packages. This will allow you to know when your return has made it to us. We do not notify when returns are received. However, when your return is processed, we'll email you with your refund confirmation.

 *Return form must be completed and included with your return. 

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, and we have it in stock, let's do it!

*Purchase the new item you'd like to receive. (Stock moves quickly and we don't want it to sell out.) We will ship it like normal. We're happy to offer free standard shipping and handling on your new item when you are exchanging.

*Begin the return process for your unwanted item. Please make sure you include the return form with your merchandise.

*You will receive a refund (of the original price minus shipping) to your original form of payment once your return has been processed. 

*The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of all returned items.

Processing Time For Returns

*Please allow for 2-3 business days for processing returns once they are received. 

*Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to post to your bank account.
